At Tiplik, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and returned in its original packaging, where applicable.
To request a return, please contact us before sending any item back.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot normally be returned:
- Custom or personalised stickers
- Products made to the customer’s requested size or specifications
- Items that have already been applied or used
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper installation or handling
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number together with clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can investigate the issue.
If the problem is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the return is the result of our mistake or a defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have entered production or before shipment.
If production has already started or the order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
7. Colour and Size Differences
Actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting conditions and the surface on which the sticker is applied.
Minor colour variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.
